Jul 04, 2014 · I am in China and the problem is NOT the great firewall of China. If I turn on my VPN, even using a Chinese server, it will work. The problem is my VPN is limited to 50 Gig a month,and I hate to waste bandwidth sharing. Anyways, sometimes if I turn on my VPN I'll connect to the seeds and peers and then the download will continue with the VPN off.

Jun 07, 2014 · For some reason I can't seem to get any torrent to work in uTorrent anymore. I set up torguard viscosity vpn for win7 and also use torrent proxy set up within uTorrent. All was working fine for weeks up untill two days ago. Torguard VPN is connecting just fine and im able to browse web etc.. just utorrent fails to connect to peers etc. 3. A new window pops up. Choose the uTorrent program and press OK. Important: do not close ipleak website. 4. uTorrent will open automatically and Magnet Tracking Link starts synchronizing. 5. While the file is connecting to peer return to the ipleak website. A new IP address, the one that you chose, appears.
