If your wireless signal does not reach your office you could either run an Ethernet cable from your Homehub to the office or use a wireless repeater which would boost the wireless signal. If the office is on the same electrical circuit as your house you could try powerline adaptors.
I would hope you could get two satellites to connect directly to the router and then one (or maybe two) Daisy Chained off of them. The one at the "other end" may be too far away. Half of its signal is blasting into the wall and outside (not doing anything for you).
