Can't play age restricted videos on youtube app : xboxone
I didn't use my ps4 to watch youtube in the past time so I'm not sure how long this issue has existed. I've made sure restrictions are turned off in the app as well as my ps4. I've made sure my age is correct on my account (not that it matters since Youtube restrictions being off on every other device is fine).
